On June, 1st, 1975 the use of seat belts becomes compulsory in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. The publicity campaign has started with a booklet "Autogordels-vast en zeker", in which information is given on the type of seat belts, which can be used and which car occupants must wear the seat belts.
