Samenvatting
The Council for Traffic Safety has made recommendations for the Minister of Traffic and Transport for a new policy for the improvement of traffic safety. The Council pleas for a main theme in that policy, the decrease of the nowadays number of accidents with 50% in a ten year period. This decrease can be obtained when attention - more than till now on - will be given to the human factor in traffic.
