Samenvatting
The costs of vehicle ownership and car use, and the role played by the central government in it, are discussed. The interaction between the fixed and the variable charges is mentioned. Results are presented from a study into the expenses, compensation for professional drivers, taxes, leasing, parking costs, road prices and toll roads.
