The demand for a better quality of our environment is a result of an uneasiness with the current living space, the way in which this is set up but also with the behaviour of the inhabitants. The social integration of the population into a consisting or new developed community, depends on the social construction of the community and physical quality of the environment. This must be considered in environmental planning.
