Samenvatting
This paper presents the results of a large survey among morning peak road users in the Dutch Randstad area. The following aspects are discussed: (1) the theory of the social feasibility of road pricing; (2) the willingness to pay for time gains; (3) behavioural responses to road pricing; (4) road users' attitudes towards road pricing; and (5) the allocation of the revenues.
