Samenvatting
Some conclusions of researches done in this field are: the distance is overestimated, but is most exact when it is short. A method has been developed by the SWOV to give more precise results. This method is discussed. In an interview the given routes are indicated by the interviewee on the map, measured and compared to the estimation. One member of the family is interviewed on his/her movements on that day. The results have been shown in a graph.
