Samenvatting
The term model road user can have different meanings. This article describes only one of them. Not the exemplary or pattern road user, and also not the user of a beautiful designed and well maintained road, but the road user as he can be found in scientific models. A sketch of a cognitive process model of the road user and in particular the Adaptive Control of Thought (ACT) theory is used here.
