Samenvatting
Limited national viewpoints in the physical planning can cause irritations in the planological vision of the Rhine Delta region. The city regions as proposed are too small. A macro urban district reaching beyond the national frontiers must be envisaged. This must be incorporated into the basis of the urbanization policy. A sketch is given for the hierarchy of towns within these macro urban domain.
