This paper describes the state of the art of the policy with in parking, the legal aspects, organization of the enforcement and transportregio with respect to the organization and parking policy. Parking policy wil organize on parking area. The towing away rules became less independent of the judicial system; the parking tax obligations generates a smoother financial base. The police responsibility for payed parking wil decrease.
