Samenvatting
The Dutch Building Regulations require a contribution from everyone who builds or extends commercial premises; dispensation may, however, be granted. The Regulations contain standards for calculating the contribution according to the type of land use. Combining the specific characteristics of all sorts of land use within a town centre, however, may lead to lower contribution rates. An example is given together with specific factors per type of land use. (A)
