Samenvatting
Each year the national budget for traffic and transport is presented to the parliament. The long term traffic and transport policy is described in the Structure Scheme of Traffic and Transport (SVV) 1981. The projects mentioned is this structure scheme have a high priority ranking, but some changes are possible. The political and analytical consequences for this priority process are discussed.
