Samenvatting
On the priority propositions of the primary road network for the middle long term are also safety aspects. A good and easy to handle instrument for the mutual consideration and determination of the priorities in a long range is the method of comparison of the zero-situation (no realization) and the one-situation (the project has been finished). Some recommendations to improve this method are presented.
