Samenvatting
Over the past decades there has been a discussion about the administrative structure of the Netherlands. Theoretically, the administrative structure should depend on the level at which provisions should be produced or problems do arise. Voluntary cooperation is another possibility, but its success is dependent on several variables. Theoretical insights will be used to study regional cooperation with respect to transport policy. (A)
