Samenvatting
The development of the city of Breda and the consequential increase in car mobility has led to the situation that moats (In Dutch: singels) are used as a sort of ring road around the city centre. In order to improve the liveability on the "Singelring" and to preserve its authentic value, the traffic situation on the Singelring should be changed. In this study, a programme of requirements was drawn up that can be used as a basis for the required improvements.
