Samenvatting
This article describes a research project exploring the possibilities of the use of a smart card for the enforcement of traffic legislation. Several aspects of this use of a smart card are discussed. There are many advantages and one great disadvantage: the idea of Big Brother is watching you. But also organisational and juridical problems are pointed out.
