Samenvatting
The accessibility of the town centre and the problems for freight transport are discussed. Although for a number of bottlenecks during the last years more and more attention is paid, a new number of bottlenecks have arisen, in particular in policy. It is proposed to make a new, all covering transport legislation, so that a more integrated policy can be possible. Attention is also paid to the setup of transshipment centres at the skirt of the city.
