Samenvatting
In 1931 the author proved a proposition which brought on a revolution in the principles and philosophy of logics and mathematics. He showed amongst others that it is impossible in the mathematics, to select axioms from which all mathematical true judgements are conducted. Because logics and mathematics are now penetrating in other sciences like economics, psychology, information technology and semantics the results of Gödels work are of universal importance.
