The footway is the domain of the pedestrian. From an interview was shown that 25% of the respondents feel unsafe at the footway. This data justifies a general attention. First the footway should be free from obstacles. Special attention is given to solutions and possibilities -which can give a maximum of free mobility to disabled persons, especially blind persons.
