Samenvatting
A review of electrically driven cars since the end of the 19th century to current attempts by the motor car and electrical industry at developing new types of electromobiles based on modern types of batteries. Al though the range of the electromobile is smaller and its weight greater, serious efforts are being made all over the world and prototypes produced to improve the competition potential vis-à-vis cars driven by petrol engines and thereby provide an aid in solving the pollution problem.
