Samenvatting
The model is used for the availability of cars for trips from home to work versus trips for other purposes during the working- day. The data necessary for estimating the parameters of the model are given as well as those for making travel forecasts. Presented are the effects of the introduction of a car- availability model on the construction of other traffic models and on the model results for a number of policy measures.
