Samenvatting
The distribution of the public space into traffic roads and residential streets is artificial and does not justice to the traffic safety on roads which can not be considered to any of these categories. This kind of roads has mostly a mixed function, to live and to drive. The measure of mixing of the two functions which the road has, should be the starting point for the construction and division of the road.
