Samenvatting
Article 102 of the Dutch legislation on noise nuisance determines how the traffic parameters in the calculation of noise nuisance should be introduced. The Ministry has ordered the bureau HASKONING to study which traffic parameters are relevant, which rank order they should have and how they could be justified. The results of the study were given in a draft report. This draft is compared and commented with the final text.
