Samenvatting
A study is made into the effect on the safety of cyclists and moped riders, when a conflict-free phase within a traffic signal regulation is used. This conflict-free phase is meant to protect these road users. The total number of accidents remains the same by the introduction of such a conflict-free phase, but the cyclists and moped riders have a better chance to get not involved in an accident.
