Samenvatting
The main purpose of this study is to develop an instrument to distinguish, measure and weigh (1) urban planning aspects, (2) functional-economic aspects, and (3) design and perception aspects the quality of shopping centres. With this instrument neighbourhood shopping centres can be evaluated to take decisions on the restructing of the shopping centres. This model can also contribute to a reverification of the structure of shopping facilities
