Samenvatting
Research has shown that in dusk and darkness there are relative more bicycle fatalities. The chance on a collision between a bicycle and a motor vehicle, by which the cyclist is killed, is in dusk and darkness much greater than in daylight. The cause of these collisions is the bad visibility of the bicycle. Therefore recommendations are given for a better visibility of the bicycle. These recommendations are also valid for mopeds.
