Samenvatting
On 1 September 1990, the administrative-juridical legislation on enforcement of traffic regulations, known as the 'Mulder' legislation, became effective in the Utrecht district. This article deals with some aspects concerning the juridical consequences of the implementation of a system of an administrative-juridical treatment of traffic regulations, especially in the Utrecht district. The article bases on the results of an Erasmus University study that was carried out in the context of an evaluation of the 'Mulder' legislation.
