Samenvatting
Description of the evaluation study in Eindhoven and Rijswijk as far as traffic circulation and environmental aspects are concerned. It seems possibly to evaluate hypotheses which had been formulated in advance, but changes in the basic concept cause some difficulties. In the after-study the results will be checked against the developments in the Netherlands in general, because there are no control areas in both cities.
