Samenvatting
This article describes the design, structure and organisation of the before-study on road safety in the demonstration areas in Eindhoven and Rijswijk. The accident survey concerns the effects of redesigning measures on road safety, of safety measures for cyclists and moped riders, and of conflict-free phases at traffic signals for cyclists and mopeds.
