In 1977 it was decided that a residential area in the Southern part of the city of Eindhoven should be reconstructed and made more safe in such a way that through traffic was prevented as much as possible. By different technical measures such as speed limits, traffic humps and by redesigning the road network layout the plan was realized. This booklet shows the technical results.
