Samenvatting
A before and after study was held into the effects of different measures in the reclassification and reconstruction of the residential areas in Eindhoven and Rijswijk. The study contains results of interviews on aspects of mobility and an evaluation of some hypotheses on the prevention of rat-run traffic, the decrease of speed to 30 km/h and side-effects like parking, accessibility etc.
