Samenvatting
This report describes the existing road network in Takapuna prior to the commencement of the demonstration city research programme, discussing the scope for implementing and evaluating traffic management techniques in the area. The report then describes the results of an analysis of existing accident data for Takapuna during the period 1970-1977, commenting upon the possibility of improving road safety in the area.
