Samenvatting
In the DDR the social wellbeing of the population with good dwellings in functional, healthy and clean cities, is one of the most important programs of the socialistic policy. The development of such a city is clearly related to the urban traffic. It is the role of the urban planners and the traffic engineers to coordinate the interests of the pedestrians, the traffic and the environment.
