Up to the mid seventies traffic models were based on the need of individuals to move from one place to another. Later on the individual was placed within his complex social and material environment. Mobility was not an end in itself but was needed for activities outside the resistance. Both methods have drawbacks. The proposed method "Situations ansatz" tries to reduce these drawbacks was already tested in the praxis and worked well in several cases.
