Samenvatting
The system design concept of the Florida Highway Safety Information System (HSIS) is given. In detail the data elements and sources of data for the system, the flow of information within the system, the possible outputs from the system, and the basic system logic necessary to indicate the interrelationships between the various subsystems are described.
