A deterministic traffic flow model for the two-regime approach. Paper prepared for the 54 the Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board, Washington, January 1975.

The model shows that the free-flow regime and the congested-flow regime are fairly well adapted to convexity and concavity properties, respectively, in a speed-concentration relationship. Using driver's performance analysis as a sensitivity measurement, model parameters are defined and evaluated.
