Samenvatting
The average life of the paint at 2 sites was found to be 271 days. Considering the lower limit of paints life by about 15% a life span of 187 days can be taken as a representative of the traffic paints used in the study. The corresponding life span of paints by wear resistance apparatus is 500 minutes which may be accepted as a standard value for specifying and standardising the traffic paints for general adoption in the country.
