Samenvatting
This report describes the development of the method of systematic observation of driver behaviour from the original version through interim versions having a number minor changes to the three current versions in which major differences from the original version are found. The composition and training of teams of observers to carry out the three current versions of the method are described, as is the equipment used by observers.
