Samenvatting
Details are given of a two-way roadway, 24 feet wide, with 300 feet of straight section, 90 degree intersection and curve constructed to a scale of 1-inch to 1-foot for training police officers. The roadway is drawn on the concrete floor of an indoor firing range using a late cement drying paint. The model vehicles are built on the same scale. Methods of simulating skidmarks and damage to vehicles are described.
