Samenvatting
This report presents the development of a mathematical model for predicting the travel time required by a motorist to travel from any freeway location to the end of the freeway system during freeway incident conditions. Operating speeds and shock wave speeds can also be predicted. Typical incident solutions and travel time results are presented.
