This report informed about the traffic control devices. The objectives of this research program were to explore possibilities of more accurate and efficient methods of field measurements at intersections. Two data collecting methods were developed. One method is based on a 16mm. Bolet time-lapse camera and the second is based on a 70 mm. Maurer P.2 reconnaissance camera.
