Samenvatting
The first prerequisite for this project was to design and construct an device skid resistance. After a detailed literature survey and considerable personal contact with other representative working in this field, a two-wheel trailer was selected which obtains a locked wheel skid resistance with the pavement in a wet condition. The system was designed so that either a standard test could be run automatically or the operator could control the various operations through manual control.
