Samenvatting
This publication contains the pooled data of 1.466.426 patients who during 1979 were discharged from 182 hospitals (67.765 beds). The number of male patients amounted to 652.524 (4450). Accordingly the number of female patients was 813.902 (55.50). Diagnostic specification is given according to a Dutch version of the HICDA. As for accidents, poisonings, and violence, the nature of injury as well as cause of accident have been registered.
