Samenvatting
The advantages to EC members in terms of comparative and absolute cost effectiveness, which are supposed to lead to higher living standards, can only be enjoyed if the conditions for business competition are harmonized. This is particularly important for freight transport. In this respect, it is recommended that existing traffic regulatory elements should be further developed.
