Samenvatting
The light reflection properties of the road surface material play an important role in the calculation of the luminance and the luminance distribution on the road surface. In Germany, a comprehensive series of measurements were made with a road-surface reflectometer for four parameters. The results obtained make an important contribution to the practical application of the luminance technique.
