Samenvatting
With the aid of the mathematical sample theory and on account of extensive, during the whole day determined traffic flows, characteristics could be drawn up, which were important for the choice of counting points. In this way a valuable contribution for the sample theory at traffic flows arised, from which the most favourable time for counting and the probable made errors could be calculated.
