Samenvatting
Because of the absence of a unified basis of enquiry and of the lack of complete data, an analysis of overtaking accidents in Switzerland is a very difficult task. The author discusses some of the recording possibilities by insurance companies, police and traffic authorities to come to a more homogeneous system.
