Samenvatting
The visual active-effective luminous intensity of a short shown signal light vas defined till now on with the Blondel and Rey method. By Schmidt-Clausen is a form factor defined by which also the by Blondel and Rey for a temporary right angle luminous intensity distribution given sample comparison for any luminous intensity distribution is applicable. Two measuring apparatus are presented.
