Disability glare and visibility dependence on the spectral power distribution.

This paper deals with the numerical method of the determination of the equivalent values of the disability glare factor and the visibility level in relation to differences in spectral power distribution. The method considers both luminous and chromatic contrast of the visual task as well as standard or non-standard observers.
