Rights of the disabled in France are discussed. Actions that have been taken are for example: 1) Social Insurance will give allowance in case of disease, motherhood, old age, etc., 2) adaptation of dwellings, creation of homes, adaptation of transport modes, medical surveys to obtain driving license and arrangements of the vehicles. Number of disabled persons is estimated.
