Samenvatting
The purpose of this note is to start a discussion on the future public transport in the province of Overijssel. In this note public transport is considered as (1) a policy-instrument in spatial planning; and (2) as a public service instrument. The functions of public transport is given and the question in how far the public transport fulfils his task in regional transport is discussed.
